SEMI FINALS COMPETITION AT CAPO VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL

Preparation:

1. Please be sure your student gets plenty of sleep/rest Friday night.

2. Students are to arrive at calltime dressed (to be worn under uniforms): black t-shirt, athletic shorts, black crew socks, marching band shoes.

3. Students will need to bring their show shirt and long jeans (dark blue or black) to be worn after the performance. 

4. Students will not have time to purchase snack bar items so, in addition to breakfast, we will provide a snack after their performance.

5. If a student has to leave after the performance, please let Mr. Smith know.

Donations needed:

Remember we are supplying snacks and drinks for 80+ people (students, Mr. Smith, and coaches).  Snacks and drinks can be dropped off on Friday before or after the football game or at calltime on Saturday.  We also accept monetary donations for these items.

Volunteers needed:

We will need help loading the truck with equipment & props at North, unloading & reloading at Capo Valley HS, and then unloading again at North.  If you can help with any or all of these, please sign-up.

We will need help moving pit equipment, drum major podiums, etc. from the staging area to the field for the performance and back after performance (same as is done for football games).
